Blackmark.online provides information about violations of Russia’s environmental legislation and the human right to a safe environment in Russia. We post articles about corporations, individuals, and public servants involved in covering up environmental crimes, and prosecuting environmental activists and journalists reporting on the environmental situation in Russia.
The creator of Blackmark.online is Natalia Zubkova, an environmental activist and journalist from Kemerovo Oblast (a.k.a. Kuzbass), Russia. Natalia was forced to leave Russia due to ongoing threats from the coal companies and inaction of the police.
